Dinner Without Make Thin?


On the pretext not want the incoming calories will be stored as fat, many people skip dinner for slimming. In fact, the dinner will not cause problems when we make arrangements calories appropriately.

He also does not recommend the process of weight loss just by eating fruits and vegetables. "Carbohydrates should still be consumed, but the numbers are limited. if we are fasting eat carbs, eat carbs again later so the body will absorb it very much so in the amount of weight up again," he said.

A healthy diet, according to him, is that watching your diet composition balanced nutrition. "Eat as usual, by limiting the number of calories. Then burn fat with exercise. If consistent, body weight must be reduced," he said.
