Benefits of Cinnamon Covert

Cinnamon, in English called cinnamon, taste delicious and are often used as herbal medicine. Usually used to treat cramps, flatulence, headache, and pain due to arthritis.

3. Cough

For cough associated with flu, cook a small pot of water until boiling and then enter a cinnamon stick to boiling. After two minutes remove the cinnamon sticks from the water and use boiled water to brew herbal teas such as green tea. Drink twice a day.

4. Headache and Migraine

Make parem cinnamon. The trick, mix one teaspoon of cinnamon powder with one teaspoon of water. Apply on brow and forehead.

5. Stomach fullness

If you eat too much and the stomach feels fullness, a little cinnamon powder mixed with two teaspoons of honey. Drink the mixture before meals. The mixture will eliminate the sour taste in the stomach and digestion.

6. Toothache

Mix one teaspoon of cinnamon powder with five teaspoons of honey in small bowl. Stir thoroughly. Spread a little mixture directly to the tooth using a clean finger or cottonbuds.
