Sleeping Brain Stay Young

One way to keep the memory is to have a good night's sleep with enough duration. Regular and sufficient sleep allows the body to restore power, makes us more alert and more attention to things that are detailed.

Basically there is no ideal standard sleep duration. Some experts refer to figure 6-8 hours at night as the optimal sleep time, but some argue the most important is the next day we wake up with a fit condition and alert.

Advantages and disadvantages of sleeping together is not recommended, especially on brain performance. This was demonstrated by a study that followed a group of men and women for five years. Periodically, the researchers interviewed the participants to find out the memory, vocabulary, and logic test.

The researchers found that people who sleep around 7 hours at night to have the highest test scores for these tests than those who slept less than 6 hours or people who sleep more than 8 hours.

The study also found people who sleep deprivation or excess showed decreased brain function, even in some people decline equivalent to 4-7 years older than actual age.

Some studies also suggest that once we learn or prepare a presentation until late at night, you should go straight to bed after it is completed. Take a walk outside or watch television before going to difficult for you to remember information that must be said again tomorrow.

Although sleep quality is important, experts do not advise you to take drugs to sleep because of the quality of sleep produced different to sleep naturally.
